6 Nanomed Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree Students are joining MINT for their internships

Kimia Jandaghi Alaee who received a Pharm.D. Degree at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciencs, Tehran, Iran will work for the next 6 months under the supervision of Dr. Emilie Roger on Lipid Nanocapsules (LNCs) optimization and characterization for oral delivery, for the second-year internship of her Erasmus Mundus Master's degree in Nanomedicine for Drug Delivery.

Tanibet Alba O'Reilly who received a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at University of Havana, Cuba will work for the next 6 months under the supervision of Dr. Elise Lepeltier and Dr. Hussein Genedy on mRNA loaded Lipid Nanocapsules to treat ocular genetic diseases, for the second-year internship of her Erasmus Mundus Master's degree in Nanomedicine for Drug Delivery.

Sanya who received an integrated bachelor and master’s degree in Nanotechnology at Amity University, India will work for the next 6 months under the supervision of Dr. Guillaume Bastiat on Optimization of cancer vaccination – Proof of concept of an artificial lymph node, for the second-year internship of her Erasmus Mundus Master’s degree in Nanomedicine for Drug Delivery. 

Fiorella Ortiz Mosquera, a bachelor’s graduate in Chemistry from Yachay Tech University, Ecuador, will work on the innovative formulation of saponin adjuvants for her second-year internship as part of the Erasmus Mundus Master’s degree in Nanomedicine for Drug Delivery. Over the next six months, she will conduct this research under the supervision of Dr. Elise Lepeltier and Dr. Laurent Lemaire, as part of a project supported by Alkion Bioinnovations.

Noman Sayed who received a Master M1 degree in Development of Drugs and Health Products from University Paris-Saclay and a Bachelor of Pharmacy at COMSATS University Islamabad Pakistan, will work for 6 months under the supervision of Dr. Guillaume Bastiat and  Léa Réthoré on  Characterization of New Hyperbranched Polymers and Evaluation of Their Ability as Gene Therapy Nanocarriers to Prevent Diabetes-Induced Endothelial Dysfunction, as a part of his research internship for his M2 Degree of Nanopharma.

Kanchan Bhandari, who received a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Kathmandu University, Nepal, will work for the next 6 months under the supervision of Dr. Jean-Christophe Gimel and Dr. Emilie Roger on the ‘Purification of lipid nanocapsules and their impact on cytotoxicity’ as her internship for her master thesis for Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree in Nanomedicine for Drug Delivery.
