3-Minute Fame contest - Abhinandan Nandrajog will represent MINT
Abhinandan Nandrajog, one of the three doctoral students from the University of Angers selected to defend the institution's colours at the grand final of the 3-Minute Fame competition, organised on 12 June in Parma (Italy) as part of the EU Green European Alliance. Inspired by the ‘My thesis in 180 seconds’ format, this competition challenges participants to explain their research topic in English in a clear, accessible and punchy way, in just three minutes.
For the local selection, the 13 candidates first submitted a video of their presentation, which was then assessed by an internal jury - made up of three teacher-researchers, a communications professional and a representative of the UA Foundation. The presentations were judged on several criteria: clarity of the message, impact of the speech, quality of the scientific popularisation and ability to capture attention.
