2 postdocs fellows are joining MINT

Dr. Léa Réthoré identified new signature proteins under physiological and pathological flow conditions involved in endothelial mechanotransduction during her PhD in MitoVasc laboratory. Now, she starts her post-doctoral research in MINT as a part of HBP-MultiReact ANR project with Dr. Guillaume Bastiat and Dr. Samuel Legeay. She’s working on the ability of hyperbranched polymers decorated with multiple reactive terminal groups to complex a therapeutic siRNA and to prevent endothelial dysfunction in diabetes-associated cardiovascular diseases

Dr. Stéphane Hoang completed his cotutelle PhD in 2023 on PEGylated micelles for the diagnosis and therapy of solid tumors. His work was carried on at the CEA Paris-Saclay (Université Paris-Saclay, France) and the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry (Charles University, Czech Republic). Now, as a post-doctoral researcher in MINT and part of the POLYMEDCHEM project, he's working with the Dr. Oksana Krupka (MINT) and Prof. Piétrick Hudhomme on the synthesis and formulation of poly(2-oxazoline)-based nanoparticles such as lipidic nanocapsules and micelles for theranostic approaches in cancer therapy.
