Master Students are joining MINT for their internships

Imad Khan received a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Jamia Hamdard University and will be working for the next 2 months under the supervision of Dr. Emilie Roger on a project exploring Chitosan-Alginate polymeric Nanoparticles for Peptide Encapsulation , as part of his first-year internship for the Erasmus Mundus Master's degree in Nanomedicine for Drug Delivery (NANOMED).

Hasan Almadawdi received a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Ankara University, Turkey. Over the next two months, he will work on a new nanoparticle/microparticle system based on water-in-water (w/w) emulsions, also known as aqueous two-phase systems (ATPS), under the supervision of Dr. Emilie Roger and Mr. Olivier Thomas. This project is part of his first-year internship within the Erasmus Mundus Master's Programme in Nanomedicine for Drug Delivery (NANOMED).

Talha Sagheer, who received a bachelor’s degree in Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Veterinary and Animal Science, Pakistan, will work for the next 6 months under the supervision of Dr. Guillaume Bastiat on Lysosomal homeostasis destabilization to sensitize glioblastoma cells using ''Molecular Glue'' nanomedicine strategy, as part of the second-year internship of Master’s degree in Nanomedicine and Pharmaceutical R&D.

Fiza Tahir, who received a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF), Pakistan, will work for the next 6 months under the supervision of Dr. Elise Lepeltier and Dr. Hussein Genedy on protein-loaded lipid nanocapsules for next-generation vaccine applications, as part of the second-year internship of the Erasmus Mundus Master’s degree in Nanomedicine for Drug Delivery (NANOMED).

Mauguit Maxim who received an  Advanced Technician Certificate in Chemical industry jobs at E.S.T.C.O, Angers, France will work for the next 4 months under the supervision of Dr. Marie Bonnin on the formulation of porous polymer microspheres using the prilling process coupled with temperature-induced phase separation, for the internship of his professional degree in Formulation : dispersed media.

Roxana Prieto Martínez received a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Havana, Cuba, and will be working for the next six months under the supervision of Dr. Emilie Roger on a project exploring the crosstalk between lipid nanocapsules and the gut microbiota, as part of her second-year internship for the Erasmus Mundus Master's degree in Nanomedicine for Drug Delivery (NANOMED).

Toseef Fatima received a degree in Biochemistry from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan and will work for the next two months under the supervision of Dr. Guillaume Bastiat on Viscosity measurements of lipid nanoparticle suspensions as a tool to quantify lipid nanoparticle concentrations for the M1 internship of her Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's degree in Nanomedicine for Drug Delivery (NANOMED).
